We’ve explained the basics of Mlearning but what does it look like in practice.
Blackberry have made a great video that shows MBA students in Wilfrid Laurier University using their phones to learn in class and on the go.
As well as tests, surveys and lecture notes access direct to the phone, student use the phones for discussions in BBM groups, as well as for event notifications and social networking.
The students find the key benefits of Mlearning to be the ‘spontaneous conversations’ it invites, as well as the overall collaborative learning experience.
