We do our best to publish apps that are high quality and problem free. However we know that every now and then a problem may crop up. We’re happy to provide help and support for our users. The quickest way to get help from us is by clicking below and filling in a support ticket. Give us as much information as possible about your issue (including your device make and model, the operating system version, the app you’re using, and a description of the issue you’re having). We aim to reply to all support queries within 48 hours.

Common Solutions

  • 1. Restart your device.

    A lot of issues are easily resolved by simply restarting your mobile device. If you are having problems, try this first.

  • 2. Redownload and Reinstall the Application.

    If restarting doesn’t help, you may want to try re-downloading the application and installing it again. If you want to remove the application from your device first, just be aware that removing an application will delete application data for good.
